Facebook now has their own built in browser. So when you clock on links, it 
just opens up in facebook. It doesn’t use safari or any other browser.

Normally it has to do with your connection. Try restarting your phone and also 
your router and try again.

initiating the call?

I happen to have one of these devices and I will say this. They're very simple 
to use and set up. I Recommend downloading the user guide though before you get 
the device and go through it.
