RE: “Updated Ring tone library”

2020-10-08 Thread ms.sunflower61
Dropbox will do the same thing. If a file is downloaded by their predetermined
of people, they will lock it. The free dropbox will only allow 2 gb of
storage. If I could download it, I would put it up on sendspace.

Thanks!

Na it won't let me download it. If someone can upload it to a real system like
dropbox that actually works, that would be amazing.

Cheers,

Here's MySuggestion:
Try This:
HoldDown the HomeButton or Press the HomeButton, & Say, Turn VoiceOver
OFF, & then Press the HomeButton again, & Say, Turn VoiceOver ON.

You could also Do It this way too:
Say, HeySiri, Turn VoiceOver OFF & then HeySiri, Turn VoiceOver ON.

Then
Place a Finger on Your iPhone'sTouchScreen, to Determine if VoiceOver is
WorkinAgain.

Sorry, forgot to mention that. I did find the button to turn it off. I’m
assuming that since 14 was showing and was dimmed, my phone would start
notifying me that IOS 14 was ready to download and install. Yep, I know that
assuming is not a good thing. Smile!

Thanks for the help!

Tammy might get better suggestions if she included the iOS version she has, is
it 13 or is she still on iOS 12?

I still have 13.7 on an IPhone 8. When I go to settings / general/ software
updates, there is a button labeled customize automatic updates at the bottom
below the learn more and download & install buttons. Tapping this customize
automatic updates gives you a screen where you can toggle download IOS updates
on & off. Turning it off prevents automatic updates.

Hello,

Apparently, I am looking in the wrong place. Where do I go to turn off

Thanks!

No, this should honestly work just fine. Shouldn't have any problems at all.
I've never had problems with that. texting has always worked just fine out of
the box.

The button talked about that says you don’t hold instacart responsible for
stolen groceries, etc. is actually a edit box for delivery instructions. YOu
have to fill this out, then check the button about responsibility(it says leave
at my door if I’m not around) and needs to be checked or unchecked.

Greetings. When in a ride in Lyft, I am not sure how to add a stop. My
situation is I wanted to go round trip in a ride earlier today. When I hit the
add stop button, it appeared my stop would be added before my drop off. I ended
up just requesting another Lyft. If I find myself in this situation again, how
might add my home as a stop, so I would have a round trip to and from my
destination, if that makes sense.

RE: accessible battery pack

2021-12-28 Thread ms.sunflower61
I would be interested to know your results.

I am a bit hesitant to do business with a company that I have issues
contacting. Even the tech support hung up on me when I tried calling. That
can’t be a good business practice.

Thanks!

Tammy

Tamy on that check out page there is an option to check out with paypal. I
also ran into that error. I wonder if checking out wit PayPal would fix it. I
did email them about the address issue and will see what they say. Tempted to
use PayPal and see if it fixes it.

You can get to the shopping cart by looking for the button that says “1”.
After that you will find a link to check out. I just tried having this item
sent to 2 different states and was told that they can not deliver to these
addresses. Interesting! Everything else has found its way to my mail box.
Very strange!

Thanks Tammy. Well, I'm using safari and when I double-tap on the button that
says 1, nothing happens. I've also tried calling the 800 number, and no matter
what button you press, the number hangs up. So I guess I'll wait till someone
actually gets one of these batteries and that person can tell the rest of us
how to get one. At this moment, it all sounds strange. I'll keep following this
thread to see where, exactly, it takes us when all is said and done.

RE: CVS Pharmacy Spoken Rx for iOS and Android

2023-01-22 Thread ms.sunflower61
I use the Mail order portion of CBS. They offer Script Talk and Braille.
Wonder why the stores don't offer it?

Just a curiosity question. I wonder why CVS doesn't use the ScriptTalk system?
Seems like they are re-inventing the wheel. JMO God bless!

Here is a New York Times article from September 2021 about the Spoken RX and
other services for the disabled that pharmacies are providing.
There should be a listen button that allows you to hear the article read. Feel
free to share this link as you see fit, it should allow access without counting
against your free articles for the month.

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/09/21/health/blind-pharmacies-access.html?unlocked_article_code=ZtKIF-To0lKtTGyNrN7bqGxLhuXWvNFfl8ECjecYKRwjT7utleOK_ku9-7V-dD2bjT299KRobLv8MeMgPy21Sc2lttQbr40oIKDtWaBStewA2ipD5bjEelPvHVGJqzx0p5O5Q6oVlqer-plUshMbBhixVxb61UxyiLoBH5QT2ODdhsLgkAM-Ij5H56UggVWUq8EQm2Wi6YXaR_qPWljB7ZmT6Yg8c_ue9fN-ceUxUEc46g-lgaIZNe1HdzQstYL2X4bGIVfPen_I0uyl8afELI_YoLdb2UYxTIj2QFIGnXL0WCeEzllPUHQQ3LpQ90zrysbjAaDiPIwY68AwsGjzlA=share-url

The article says a label is attached to the bottom of the pill bottle. The
reader is made by En-Vision America. Also, when the medications reminder
feature of the current IOS was released, I read that it reads a specialized bar
code on the bottle that has some information. I tried to get my iPhone to read
this code but did not have any luck and just put my one medication reminder in
manually. Did anybody have success with scanning their bottles into the health
app?
