I would recommend upgrading from VNC 3.3 to VNC 4 Beta 4, which is
generally easier to use and configure.

Win XP and multple users, server wont auto-start

I read in the archives that the default user password needs to be set
vs the user password. OK...How do I set the default user password?

At one point, a message came up telling me the default password
needed to be set, but my keyboard was locked out from entering
it on the box that was on the screen. I had to kill the process.

If I'm logged in as a user, only the user password will get set,

I can manually start the server, but that's not helpful if the user
forgets to start the server.

And is there anyway to have the VNC activate so I can login on
that machine as a user, vs having to have the user login first, then
activate VNC.
