[volt-nuts] Fluke calibration Book
Randy, many thanks for that link to the first version of Calibration in Practice!! 1980 was about the time, when I had my first job in a calibration lab, and these technologies, instruments and that level of accuracy / uncertainty described there was just implemented in the airforce lab I worked in. Great historic stuff.. and several of those then expensive vintage instruments I have a my home now.. Here is a link to a book from Fluke titled 'Calibration - Philosophy in Practice'. A little dated (1980) but interesting to read. *https://archive.org/details/Calibration-PhilosophyInPractice https://archive.org/details/Calibration-PhilosophyInPractice* Randy Evans ___ volt-nuts mailing list -- volt-nuts@febo.com To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/volt-nuts and follow the instructions there.

The second edition is updated and vastly expanded (544pp vs. 100pp for the 1980 first edition) -- it is an indispensable resource for anyone doing precision metrology. However, I know of no free on-line source and it is pricey, even used.
