From the proxy I use at my U.S. employer I get that. From a direct
connection from Canada, it comes through fine.
It's not going to poison *anybody's* mind, believe me, and I doubt very
much that Homeland Security has anything to do with the restriction...
I'd guess CBC put the lock on it to only allow viewers from Canada, but
that's just a guess.
The video is from This Hour has 22 Minutes, a weekly news show from
CBC which is (slightly) more serious than the Onion.
