I like that.

If cold fusion ever succeeds it will come from places like the University
of Missouri, U. Northern Iowa, or Hokkaido U. Places on the periphery,
where serious people work to get the job done with a low profile. The
industrial revolution in England was driven by technology from Scotland.
Aviation was invented in Dayton.
