During the months since January 2011, both interested parties (Andrea
Rossi through EFA
and Defkalion Green Technologies) have received very strong
international pressure and to
many degrees business traps from banks, financial partners, etc. to
cancel the project.

It's about time the Rothchilds weighed in to protect the Rockefellers.

Hmm, I wonder why this is not on Defkalion's web site?

I think that Defkalion lies with statement. The economic value of E-Cat is
about 86 teradollars per year. Therefore there is just no such economic
influence that could have any impact on E-Cat. If Exxon tries to influence
to E-Cat it is like a mosquito trying to influence the orbit of Earth.
E-Cat's economic value is at least four orders of magnitude higher than
Exxon's.

After reading Defkalion's response:

http://www.nyteknik.se/incoming/article3228643.ece/BINARY/DGT+Statement+8+Au
gust+2011.pdf

Another excerpt:

Defkalion believes in Andrea Rossi, his invention,
and the ability to successfully bring to the world
this revolutionary invention where society will
benefit from cheaper energy, and so too the planet
 from cleaner energy.

I Was struck by what appears to be an almost conciliatory approach they have
taken in a response to Rossi's desire to back out. Defkalion gives me the
impression that in the long run they still hope to remain in a partnership
with Rossi. Is it possible Defkalion fears the consequences of Rossi's
alleged new U.S. partnership with Ampenegro? I'm not sure I buy that.

In any case, the response causes me to speculate that maybe it was Defkalion
that had been bending the truth, or at least bending it more than what Rossi
has been alleged to have done. If so, knowing Rossi's propensity to be a
little creative (or loose) with his own statements on occasion, it's hard to
know who is revealing a more accurate picture of what's gong on.

I'm reminded of something Mr. Blanton recently speculated on, that perhaps
the secret sauce angle had been a ruse all along, that the secret has much
more to do with overall geometry of the nickel particles as they interact
with hydrogen. Such a premise does make me wonder.

Well, Jones says there definitely is a catalyst:

And it's a Mills' catalyst at that. Of course, Randell says all the world

Steven,
The secret addition may or may not need to be a catalyst if it is the
SHAPE of the Nickel grains and how they
Interlock with each other that is the controlling factor. I suggest the
pyrophoricity of metal powders is also heavily dependent on grain SHAPE and
this is why some metals exhibit this property as fine powders while others do
not. Grain sizes mentioned by Rossi would seem over size for Casimir geometry -
HOWEVER- If it is the SHAPE of these Ni grains and the way the protrusions fit
together as in packing geometry than the shape and size of the additive
become extremely important because they are not just backfilling between the
existing packing geometry [protrusion] but also creating new geometry as the
additive is almost certainly conductive to the extent needed to form Casimir
boundaries between the protrusions - Like a jar full of toy jacks where the
secret sauce is made of tiny smaller jacks that back fill between the
interlocking spikes of the larger jacks.

IMHO
