[Voyage-linux] Using voyage-linux on a LARGE platform
I am NOT resource constrained - Lenovo Think pads which run Debian Squeeze or Jessie with ease. I have limited bandwidth available. Therefore I have full sets of installation DVDs. I have a personal project for a "minimal" install. MY definition of "minimal" is minimal number of packages. Can I use Voyage's "apt-get install ..." with those DVD's? July 2017, /proc/mtrr is not available. I can't find that post. Could you fill us in. I've been using Debian since Squeeze and don't recall why I subscribed to this list ; Be happy to help, if I can. Is someone here who knows how to adapt a standard debian so that it behaves like voyage? The most important is to have a save read only file system. May be it is not difficult to set up a debian system and modify it then. best regards ___ Voyage-linux mailing list Voyage-linux@list.voyage.hk http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux ___ Voyage-linux mailing list Voyage-linux@list.voyage.hk http://list.voyage.hk/mailman/listinfo/voyage-linux
