Hi friends , I wanted to ask you about how to configure the cpu section in the startup.conf file. Specifically about the following three parameters:
main-core corelist-workers corelist-hqos-threads We have a server with 40 cpu cores and 56 interfaces. 48 1GB interface and 8 10GB interface. I want to know how many cores to assign if we enable HQOS for the number x interface? What are the duties of each group of cpu cores? Is the number of worker cores more important than the number of HQOS cores? What should be their numerical ratio? We use vpp 18.10 .
