Perhaps with the frequency increase you'd like to cut down on the process (first point?) maybe just do readouts once a month then? - to increase attendance we encourage people having something to discuss to announce that in advance on the mailing list - we should preferably use this mailing list if we need to make any decisions This makes sense, like IETF, you can use the meeting to raise/discuss issues and the list to make the decision on any questions that arise. Excellent idea. I think having a rigid agenda discourages participation. Also, the scheduling of the call caused me to learn of some features of iOS calendar….
