Re: Movies/photos between iPad and iMac
Hello Ronni Finally found time in between the chaos of leaving for 7 weeks overseas to try your suggestions. Many thanks. Unfortunately I was not successful. I tried these approaches: Made a test album in iPhoto 11 with 3 photos and a short video clip .MOV (I eventually want to have Albums that combine still photos and movie clips from travels). Approach 1. Using iTunes, selected the Test Album (by checking the box in the iPhoto album list) - but Advanced-Create iPad version was greyed out. (Sync Movies checkbox was enabled). Approach 2. Dragged the selected test movie from iPhoto 11 to the Desktop, then into the Movies section of iTunes, Create an iPad version (m4v). OK. Then dragged this back into iPhoto into my test album and synced it to my iPad. The 3 photos in the Test Album synced, but the movie clip did not - either into Photos or Movies. I am probably doing something quite silly - hope you or someone can sort me out. Thank You Ronni Adobe was gremlin, over stepping the mark, It wasn't set as default application for pdf but it thought so! Trashed preferences as you instructed in point 3. All is well. Point to each button to see what it does. If the type is too small or too large, click the “Zoom in” (+) and “Zoom out” (-) buttons. To view the PDF file in Preview, click the “Open PDF in Preview” button. 2. Do you have Preview set as your Default PDF reader on your Mac? Find a PDF file you already have on the hard drive, then “command-i” on the PDF In the Get Info window click the pop up menu next to: Open with. Choose Preview. Change All Relaunch Safari. 3.
