I can't use Crop. Why?
I can't answer your question Stuart.
I don't know why you can't use Crop, it works for me.
This is what I did.
I clicked on the link you sent at the bottom of your email. I've got used to
finding your links right at the end of the emails you send underneath the
signature. Mostly people put them in the body of the email where they are
easier to find, or maybe that's just me.
Anyway, after I clicked on the link this opened the PDF in my browser, which is
Safari. This just views the PDF, it's not using Preview.
I right clicked in the middle of the page and a panel came up that displayed a
number of options, one of which was to Open in Preview
Very soon after I did this, Preview opened the document automatically.
In Preview, I went to the Tools menu, and selected rectangular selection
Then I selected an area of the text, and went back to the Tools Menu and found
the option to Crop was available.
I think it might work for you too.
