Malware removal

Sophos has detected a threat on my iMac running Sierra and has given the 
following report
Manual PUA cleanup required: 'Bundlore' at 
'/Volumes/Install/Install.app/Contents/MacOS/appleinstaller’

I have searched Sophos help and tried the suggested but with no success.  I 
have also run Malwarebytes which reports my system clean.

Any advice?

ITUNES CRASHING

Hi All,

Wonder if anyone can assist.

I have a Mac Pro (mid 2012) running El Capitan - itunes was working fine until 
a few days ago.
Now unable to open.  I recall the same day this happened I downloaded a few 
upgrades from
Ondesoft, being Itunes Converter and Audio Book Converter.

Have tried all the suggestions on the web, without success.

Any suggestions ?
