Hi Peter Curtis,

I tend to agree with Peter Crisp that a setting on the augold.com.au domain 
mail server is not set correctly.

 But I don’t want to change that because it syncs Contacts & Calendar 
 beautifully.
 But mine was with Message.
 So finally I found this on my iPhone:-

 number or email.
 Not sure if this will help your email issue.
 But if not, Mail may have something similar in Settings.
