Files in trash that will not delete ?

Any ideas folks ?
These seem to be stuck in trash.
They are music files delted from iTunes.
They are on a user login for a child with very little privileges,  
but this has not happened before.

Evening Stephen,

I would complete a restart and then when in Finder, choose the Finder  
contextual menu and select Secure Empty Trash.


This should remove your file. If not see if the file is locked  
(indicated via a lock symbol on the icon). Get Info on the file to  
remove the Lock.
