Hi Brian, Apple removed its online download page for the standard (client) 10.7.3 download, they only have the Combo OS X 10.7.3 for download. Also, Software Update now provides users with the Combo Update. This new build is reportedly showing up as “11D50b” instead of the client’s “11D50″ labelling. People who installed the client OS X 10.7.3 need to manually download the Combo Update from the link I gave previously: http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1484 Cheers, Ronni On 05/02/2012, at 9:44 AM, Brian Risbey wrote: Hi all this was on 9to5 Mac: Apple’s latest Mac OS X 10.7.3 release is a pain for some users due to its bugs surrounding CUI issues and the crashing of applications. Re: OS X 10.7.3 Lion Update
Hey WAMUG Lion Users who had their User Library showing in OS X 10.7.2, Did anyone else notice that after installing the OS X 10.7.3 update that the User Library is hidden again! I only noticed it awhile ago when I needed to go into my User Library … and it wasn’t showing ;-) This did not happen when I updated to OS X 10.7.2 … Opened Terminal and entered the terminal command to show it again, and now I’m happy. For anyone who has forgotten the Terminal Command. Show User ~/Library in OS X Lion: Launch Terminal from Spotlight or Launchpad Utilities, and enter the following command to show the directory: chflags nohidden ~/Library/ Click Return Sneaky Apple trying to mess with Ronni’s customisation of Lion.
