Q: Left handed trackballs for G4 Powerbook advice?

2004-07-04 Thread Brian Scott
Hi,
Can someone please advise me as to what to look for when buying a trackball
and where I can get a lefthanded one for my G4 1.25 PB I guess it will plug
into one of the USB ports.

Or would a mouse be better, I thought a trackball although I've never used
one would be better because it won't need to move around I've heard RSI is
less likely using them.

I see Logitech have put out a Marble Mouse Optical Trackball for PC Mac
are these any good or even available?

Thank you
Brian

check out kensington - orbit, i'm lefthand and usit for the last 3
years, it has 2 equally placed buttons and in the standard way (just
plug in) the lhs button will do the same as on a single button mouse,
the rhs button calls a menue, included software gives you the ability
to select the function of each of the buttonsJames

They're available at OfficeWorks ($49.95 according to their on-line
catalogue) so I imagine you can get them elsewhere as well...

Have fun,
