Hi Peter, Thanks for taking the time to respond. One particular layout I was trying to achieve had more fields than records! Your response forced me to go back and have another look at how I could achieve what I needed. The little grey cells, to quote Hercule Poirot eventually kicked in. I have increased the depth of the body and stacked the fields for a record. The end result will do the trick. Thanks to others for their input. Hehe... Just a very silly idea call it Irish lateral thinking... Can you rotate the text 90 degrees in all the fields/boxes... Then print in landscape layout...
