mac mini widescreen tv out
i have a mythtv box that i use as a VCR i then use mplayer on my powerbook with ati 9600 graphics to watch those recordings on a widescreen TV using a standard composite cable. my question is can a mac mini can output widescreen 1024 x 576 PAL through its... I'm currently toying with this idea but using a spare Linux PC running MythTV, apparently my Macs will also be able to view TV via ethernet through this box. A video router? ;-) It will live in the lounge room as it has a flash graphics card. Thats the theory anyway :-) Let me know if you are interested in how I fare...
