Thanks for that James, I am now using Bob2 with Voip, iinet, so far everything is good, I was just curious about the Belkin phone adapter, as a friend has a Belkin router is with iinet VOIP has drop outs lousy phone service, another friend has the original Bob (iinet) has the same lousy phone quality. I'm currently using that Modem/Router Netgear DG834G, with iinet Naked DSL, I have had it for over 3 years in that time the phone has been terrible, even after firmware upgrade changing the channels that the phone uses, on the other hand the internet is fast good (please don't ask for speeds) very rarely suffers dropouts, having only had a couple in over 3 years. G'Day Belkin no longer provide technical support for iiNet modems. As Bob 1 did not work at this location I went back to the iiNet Ozmail Belkin 2004 modem which has not had any firmware updates.
