sure, monitor the server code with some kind of coverage tool while the tests execute.
please note that 'code coverage' is a terrible metric for anything to do with the quality of your testing. It is for example entirely possible to write 'tests' that will never detect a single error or problem, but provide 100% code coverage, accomplishing nothing but wasting time developing them and providing management obsessed with 'code coverage' with a false sense of security.
