[Wayland-bugs] [Bug 103572] Libinput: 1.9+: Magic Trackpad stutters, is unresponsive

[Wayland-bugs] [Bug 104087] SMART Board Pen not supported
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104087 --- Comment #12 from Peter Hutterer--- btw, evemu records pure kernel events, so it doesn't matter which userspace stack you're running. No need to record multiple times. I'll need another recording please to verify something: Please unplug the device (or reboot) and make sure that no pen is touching the device or otherwise generating events. Start evemu-record and only then trigger an event and check the first few events in the recording. Repeat for all device nodes the device exposes. What I'm trying to figure out is whether the device sends BTN_TOOL_RUBBER at any time or whether it's a dead axis. If the former, it's a similar to bug 102570. If it is never sent at all, then it's a bug we have to fix through other means. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ wayland-bugs mailing list wayland-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/wayland-bugs

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104303 Bug ID: 104303 Summary: Libinput 1.9+: Logitech K830 trackpad and its mouse buttons behave erratic Product: Wayland Version: unspecified Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64) OS: Linux (All) Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: medium Component: libinput Assignee: wayland-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org Reporter: jvpe...@web.de On Debian GNU/Linux after update from libinput version 1.8.3-1 the mouse clicks from my Logitech K830 keyboard with built in touchpad (appearing like a PS/2 mouse) make problems. Double tapping the taskbar to maximize a window doesn't work at all any more. Double tapping to select a word in text in a terminal doesn't work, it needs three taps now. Sometimes, after using the emulated middle mouse button the left mouse button behaves like the middle button. To recover, I normally have to press the right mouse button.
