[Wayland-bugs] [Bug 103572] Libinput: 1.9+: Magic Trackpad stutters, is unresponsive
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103572 --- Comment #6 from Mario--- On the previous test it looks that libinput 1.9.1 get the correct 'down' event on my attempt: I'm wondering if the problem is different. I get spurious click just when I move the cursor with the, usual, light pressure. It's also very difficult to get a proper 2-3-or-4 fingers swipe gesture. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ wayland-bugs mailing list wayland-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/wayland-bugs
[Wayland-bugs] [Bug 103572] Libinput: 1.9+: Magic Trackpad stutters, is unresponsive

[Wayland-bugs] [Bug 103561] libinput 1.8.3 -> 1.9.1: laptop keyboard not working
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103561 --- Comment #20 from Benjamin Berg--- (In reply to dpaessler from comment #19) > I'm jumping in here with the same problem on a HP Elitebook 8740w. > It started with libinput-1.9.0 and I'm running kernel 4.13.11 and the > problem still persists. Hmm, your laptop is dockable but not convertible into tablet mode right? On dockable machines the kernel currently has to assume that it can correctly read the tablet mode state. So it could well be that this assumption is invalid and a further check whether the hardware is convertible is needed. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ wayland-bugs mailing list wayland-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/wayland-bugs
[Wayland-bugs] [Bug 103619] libinput has delayed mouse pointer movement on Lenovo X1v5
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=103619 Philipp Kernchanged: What|Removed |Added Status|NEEDINFO|NEW --- Comment #6 from Philipp Kern --- The patch from 98339 makes it much better indeed. The lag is gone. There's still a problem in making precise movements. If I try to trace the reload button in Chrome the pointer often jerks around. I fear that the attached trace (from X1v5, but also observable on X1v4) doesn't quite show what I mean? It's a constant struggle of overshoot (probably because of how pointer acceleration works) and small jumps. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.___ wayland-bugs mailing list wayland-bugs@lists.freedesktop.org https://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/wayland-bugs
