TAGS on Different Website
Hey folks I discovered a new website where you can watch every episode of TAGS unedited. It is http://www.tv-links.eu/tv-shows/A.html They have a multitude of uncut TV programs to watch and they are listed alphabetically. It takes a few clicks to navigate your way to each season and then you can select which episode you want to watch and it is unedited without commercials. At least the three episodes I have watched thus far. So if you are looking for an alternative way to watch TAGS you may want to give it a shot. Disclaimer: I am in no way endorsing nor am I affiliated with this link. It is just a suggestion to try something that I have found that works well for me. Ron Howard Story
I was watching Dave Letterman last night, and his guest was Tom Hanks. Hanks was promoting a current movie (Larry Crowne) but got into a discussion with Dave about Ron Howard, the Opie Producer that he has great respect for and has worked with many times. He talked about back in the day when they were working on the movie Splash, when Hanks was just a budding hopeful actor but Howard was already a respected producer. They were in Manhattan and it was the wee hours of the morning. Wanting to get way a little bit, Howard asked Hanks it he wanted to go to Dunkin Donuts. He said he knew how to get to one that was open 24 hours. (this whole time Hanks is impersonating Ron Howard which makes it funny). They get to the Dunkin Donuts and despite the 24-hour advertisment, it is closed for cleaning for two hours. They had walked quite a ways in the wee hours of the morning to get there. Exasperated Ron says simply well that's disppointing Ltterman roared with laughter as he considered how most people would have reacted and repeated that's disappointing . It was a funny story but a testament to what a cool cucumber (no picle pun intended) our Opie turned out to be. He didn't hold his breath or throw a tantrum on the floor...just..well that's disapointing. The Untrained Voice ___ WBMUTBB mailing list WBMUTBB@wbmutbb.com http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/

Exasperated Ron says simply well that's disppointing What I find so refreshing is that he not only didn't get into a snit over it, he didn't use a lot of four-letter expletives, which is so disgustingly common these days. I appreciate people who keep their language clean! Seems that's awfully rare now, especially in show business. Glenn Beck and Mt. Airy
The mayor of Mt. Airy, a female whose name I do not remember, wanted Glen Beck to build a manufacturing plant in Mt. Airy. Mr. Beck had mentioned on his show that he was looking for a place to build the plant. Anyway, the Mt. Airy City Commission voted not to open the plant. They were afraid that the plant might have Glen Beck cooties on it. I did a Google search and found this link: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/beck-interviews-mayor-of-mayberry-after-city-board-allegedly-blasts-his-politics/http://www.theblaze.com/stories/beck-interviews-mayor-of-mayberry-after-city-board-allegedly-blasts-his-politics/ There is an article and also a video of Glenn Beck talking on the phone with Mt. Airy's mayor (who sounds nice, real nice!). It would sure be a shame if some people passed up an opportunity to revive Mt. Airy's economy because of bias against Mr. Beck's political views.
