TAGS fans,
Was watching the old Steve McQueen movie "The Getaway" and saw a couple
Mayberrians in it. Jack Dodson (Howard Sprague) plays an ill-fated
veterinarian (not named Pendike, I might add) and Dub Taylor (Billy Ray the
postman and the preacher in "Mountain Wedding") plays a hotel owner. In
addition, the cast list said that Hal Smith provided the voices for the radio
and the announcers at the train and bus stations. Warning, though, this is not
a Mayberry movie, having a fair share of violence and bad language.
