Hogan's Heroes

2016-05-03 Thread John Graham
I know that I'm a little late with this, but I don't remember seeing
it posted. Another show I enjoyed, from the same era as TAGS, and very well
cast also, was Hogan's Heroes. When I was younger, I always wondered if
World War 2 veterans were offended by that show. Then, after I became
engaged, I found that my future father-in law, a World War 2 veteran,
really liked Hogan's Heroes and he loved TAGS even more. He felt that Don
Knotts was the funniest man on television. (I think he may have been right!)

Sheriff Poindexter

2016-05-03 Thread Harvey Price

I enjoyed Sheriff Poindexter's post very much. I'm a married father of three
kids, including a 9 month old, so I know about needing a little down time also.
I've watched TAGS for so long that it is like watching family and friends. It
is very relaxing and a great way to end the day. I also applaud your dedication
to your wife and my prayers go out to both of you. I have been blessed with a
wife that shares my love of TAGS. Have a great day everyone!
