License Plates

2019-02-16 Thread Steve Cooke
Hello Again, I have to admit I never thought I would get more learnin' than
Ernest T. received from Ms. Crump, but I keep learning more and more from
asking for assistance on finding a new "Mayberry" themed car tag. This time
Sheriff John informed me today that the DC on the DC 269 tag does have a
meaning with it. Let's see if anyone besides Sheriff John can come up with
it. I think we need to rule Ken as being ineligible to participate since
these two fine gentlemen do know each other. Freddie Fleet and his band
with a beat is your only clue! Good luck.

License Plates

2019-02-16 Thread Steve Cooke
Hello Everyone,

First, I want to say thank you to everyone who posted on here and for those
who actually sent me suggestions to my email. There have been lots of good
ones. I was unaware of the DC 269 until Ron from LaVergne, TN sent it to me
along with a picture. I had not thought about good ol' 14A or the addresses
either or even Ol' Sam. I have compiled them all and I have discussed them
with my daughter, so now I will need to go home and get her permission to
choose which one will be next. I appreciate all the help from every
Mayberrian out there.

License plate suggestion

TAGS fans,
Here's my suggestion for the generous man who is looking for a new
Mayberry-related vanity plate for his car: 24 ELM or 332 MPL, both of which are
mentioned as Andy's house address.
