"Blue Bloods" follow-up
To Harriet, The 2 references I mentioned dealt with one of the characters considering moving from NYC to a small city in the Midwest, and someone asking "Who are you going to prosecute - Otis, the town drunk?" - then the answer coming back, something like "Hey, it's not Mayberry - there is real crime", etc.. I just thought it was interesting that TAGS worked its way into the script of a current, popular show. No gussets busted! Alumni Sighting
I know I posted about Perry Mason just yesterday, but this was too good to let go by. On this morning's (Thursday) MeTV Perry Mason, the title was "The Case of The Shoplifter's Shoe".It was about an elderly woman who was a shoplifter.I'll give to one guess who played the shoplifter. You are correct, it was Lurene Tuttle, the same woman who was a shoplifter on TAGS just a year after this Perry Mason episode.Talk about typecasting. Emm's Line
Tags fans, Watched the episode "Ellie Comes to Town" this morning. Lots of great moments, but my favorite is Emma's line, "I hope that's not more soup!" Such a perfect delivery! Sam ___ WBMUTBB mailing list WBMUTBB@wbmutbb.com http://www.wbmutbb.com/
