Alumni Sightings

2021-06-12 Thread Gary Muskat
Yesterday on Adam-12, in the 1st episode Buddy (Mike Jones) Foster showed up.
In the 2nd episode were several more: Irene Tedrow, Jon Lormer, and Helen
Kleeb. James Westerfield showed up in today's Gunsmoke, and Denver Pyle showed
up in Have Gun Will Travel.

suits

2021-06-12 Thread Elizabeth Busby
Ken, I've noticed the suits on several old shows. They wore suits to
ballgames, kept them on when returning home from work, even criminals wore
suits and hats. Guess it's a sign of the times.
Another curiosity I noticed is that in the episode when the Darlings come
to pledge Andelina to Opie, at the end of the show where they are all at
the courthouse pickin' and grinnin', Darlene is sitting in a recliner
holding the baby. Where'd that come from?

Also, I have been recording Perry Mason from METV to watch in the evening.
My husband and I play a game - "do you know who that is?" finding TAGS
actors. We identify who they played and maybe one of their lines. One that
shows up a lot is 'I got the pitcher of water '.
