Watching a Season 2 episode of M.A.S.H. ("The Trial of Henry Blake"), there
was Clara Edwards, playing a nurse running a clinic in Korea. And the guy
playing the general in charge of the court-martial looked familiar from
TAGS too, so I looked him up: Robert Simon, who played Mr. Crawford, the
drug store owner, in "Opie's Drugstore Job".A couple days earlier, I watched the 1956 movie "Patterns" on TCM, about the ruthless world of corporate board rooms. The nasty, mean villain of the movie was Everett Sloane, known to TAGS fans as mean old Jubal Foster in "The Keeper of the Flame". The casting director for TAGS must've seen that movie when thinking about who to cast as "Jubal".
