Deputy Otis

I was watching Deputy Otis last night and it got me thinkin'. Where did they 
get the uniform for Otis? Maybe they keep various sizes in the back for 
emergencies(floods,etc.) but that doesn't seem likely. Hopefully somebody has 
an idea on this.

Andy Knocking Deputy Otis

At the first 2 minutes of Deputy Otis Andy and Barney are trying to get into 
the courthouse so they go to the back to wake Otis up and Andy Knocks on the 
back cell window, but you don't see glass, however it looks like the only thing 
Andy could be knocking on are the cell bars because you don't see glass. Is 
Andy knocking on glass and we just can't see it?
