Mike got it right, Andy mentions a stoplight when giving directions to Malcolm Merriweather.
Those directions sound like complete nonsense to me. The courthouse/barber shop/grocery store area must be the center of town, right? Andy's house is roughly a block away from the courthouse, yet his directions would have Malcolm travel several blocks, making two or three turns along the way, before he even reaches the middle of town. How can this be?
