Hey -
I'm planning my vacation for this August, and I'm heading into Mississippi
(Tunica and Tupelo) and into Alabama (mainly to take my mom on the Hank
Williams, Sr. Trail). Today I located Jim Nabors's hometown, Sylacauga. Is
there a museum there devoted to Jim/Gomer? What can folks in that neck of the
woods share that would be worth visiting? After leaving there, I want to head
to Ft. Payne, then Nashville - already have front row center seats for the
Grand Ole Opry show. I'm pumped! Please give scenic advice for Jim's town.
Thanks,
JB
