Mayberry Poetry
Kenneth G. Anderson is the only person who responded to my challenge to write a poem about Mayberry places so far, but he wrote a doozy! I decided to share it with the Digest before the book comes out to let you see how good some of the poems are in the 2006 book. Ken's fine poem is The Sites of Mayberry at http://www.christianactivities.com/mayberry/story.asp?ID=5325 I am already arranging the first draft, but it will take a while to get it all organized just right, so I can still squeeze in another poem or two on any Mayberry characters/themes if anyone else has one up their sleeve!
