Missing digests
Silvia, the digests aren't really missing. But it seems some stories got in about a woman dyeing her hair and another lady's food tasting like paste. Also, unflattering comments about preacher's sermons being dry as dust. So, the folks at WBMUTBB sent them to the dump. Go get you a flashlight and see can you find them. Missing Digests for Comcast, RoadRunner and a few others
Hey Folks, Merry Christmas! About 112 of you did not get their issues of the WBMUTBB Digest for about a week. There is a long explanation but basically the mail servers that the Digest use were placed on a blacklist which is suppose to stop spammers. Of course the Digest isn't spam but it's HARD to be removed from a blacklist once you're listed so it took me a while to get us back up and running correctly. Anyway, I'm sorry for those that missed issues but please remember that you can read ALL the messages contained in the WBMUTBB by going to our archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/wbmutbb@wbmutbb.com/maillist.html You can sort by date or by thread (topic) and see every message. Missing digests
Hi all I am missing over a weeks worth of the Digest. I have had so much going on with my Dad passing, my Mother-in-law broke her hip and shoulder and we were told we need to put our older dog to sleep, that I haven't written until now. I have Yahoo email, is their something I need to do on my end(I have the digest in my addy book). Anyways thanks for any advice, I miss reading the digest. Missing Digests
Just a quick note of thanks to those who responded to my request for back issues of the Digest. Im now caught back up with plenty of reading material for those times when I need a smile. And I sure feel better knowing that Im not the only Digest collecting compelsion nut out there. The Digest sure is a friendly town er place! P.S. Thanks muchly to Steve Lawson and Joe Gritton for forwarding issues 248 and 249 to me. I sure appreciate it. I would've missed out on Cheri's great photos from her Mayberry Trivia Night. Looks like a super event; wish I had been there! I'm still not receiving the Digests so I've put a help email out to Allan and my internet provider to see if we can't clear up the problem. Is anyone out there experiencing the loss of various issues of this Digest? I am missing #244, 248 and 249. I got 243 and then they started coming randomly. Well, I got suspicious when everybody was complaining about missing Digests, so I decided to follow up on a hunch. Sure enough, I found stacks and stacks of Digests in Luke Jensen's barn! I guess we were wrong when we figured that cow-thieving charge a few years ago had straightened ol' Luke out. Those of you who are missing Digests should check around your house.
