Senator Canfield was on Wagon Train and on a Perry Mason episode the little old lady shoplifter was - shoplifting! They didn't wait until she left the store though. The floor clerk saw her put earrings into her purse among other things so she was followed into the ladies room by the lady clerk where she had several things, but did not have a Bible with her.
