Hodie Snitch was the bully that kept Andy from fishing his favorate spot as a kid. Andy used this story to convince Opie that there are other things that can hurt worse than a punch in the nose. This gave Opie the courage to tie into Sheldon the nickel thief like a whirlwind in a tornado.
