I believe that line is from the episode where they send Ernest T Bass to Mrs. Wiley's and there was a room full of women. Barney didn't think too much of any of them.
I also like season 7 b/c it has my fave Clara Edwards episode The Rose Contest. She wins the rose contest and seeing Aunt Bee's photo of her rose, ruined by Opie, she concedes firts place to her old friend. I never understood the episode about Aunt Bee and winning the Tampico Tamale contest. Why suddenly was this Myrtle her 2nd best friend? Everyone knew her absolute best friend was Clara Johnson Edwards anyhow. I know they needed a third person to make the story go and surely, Mrs. Larch (Maudie Prickett), who was in more episodes than Myrtle could have been used unless she was filming a /Hazel/ Episode at that time.
