Ok...now there is web2py-bootstrap4 in the last version. But, doesn't
matter, here I cannot modify nothing because thisi is a jquery instruction
to addClass. This is not the definition of the class itself.

Or :
touch /static/css/myapp.css
Then add :
.btn-default {YOUR WANTED STYLE}
Then modify the /views/layout.html and add a new :
response.files.append(URL('static', 'css/myapp.css'))
You don't really want to customize the bootstrap css class or you should
learn "sass" and add another level of abstraction as you have to convert
the sass file into css ...
