http://build.webkit.org/builders/Windows%20Debug%20%28Build%29 says that the
last revision the bots built was r97252. http://trac.webkit.org/ says that
that's the latest checked-in revision.
In general you can assume that any recent revision builds on Windows. You can
double-check with the bots if you'd like.
