I'm all done with the fix. Due to the way we sync the two servers, you may see 
the "svnsync" author for a few seconds in Trac if you catch the process 
half-way through. If the author stays at "svnsync" for more than a minute, let 
me know. I believe the process is fast enough now that this should be rare.

I just got back to work and will look into this as soon as possible.  I've seen 
the problem before on other infrastructure, but I don't think we ever could 
reproduce it. Hopefully I'll have better luck if its consistent now.
