It's Old Turkic written in Köktürk script. Naming and iso codes are usually tricky for mostly dead languages, so I just followed his advice. But that seems to be the PEOPLE old turkish, while the language name is referred as "Old Turkic". I could be wrong as all I did was a quick web and wikipedia search, though. Isn't otk = Old TurKic ?
