[Weblate] email to sales but no response

Hi!

I've been running weblate on an AWS machine but I'm now interested in the 
hassle free cloud service so I don't have to worry about server and software 
maintenance. I sent an email to sa...@weblate.org but 
haven't got any response.

I have a single project with multiple git repositories and many components. 
Sometimes I need to log in to the machine with SSH and run git commands to 
resolve conflicts. How would we deal with this situation if using the cloud 
service? Also, would it be possible to get some assistance in migrating the 
project?
