understand why this term was changed, but Machinery is not really a good term.
Especially not from a translation/translators POV. Since this tab subsumizes
TM and MT, I suggest using "Translation Proposals" in English source and as a
German translation "Übersetzungsvorschläge" or even "Übersetzungshilfen" (like
Translation Suggestions; Translation Support; Translation Helper)...
