can view them right here:

Well that doesnt mean the ODFAuthors site is producing the LibreOffice
documents which Juan Carlos is overseen the work for it. Unfortunately
ODFAuthors have not really a tracking system for users, and honestly I have
done little because of other events I have been involved like FLISOL.

But the LibreOffice documents are well underway from several translators
from the community. I am not sure Daniel is doing any documents however.

As rude as the attitude you have for other members of our community.

Rude as nothing close to the person I met in Italy and have a good

Those three points above are easily done with silverstripe

having a form populating the database, and a dedicated module admin
(dedicated section on the same level as Pages, Documents & files,...)
to manage the submissions (flag them as reviewed, accepted or whatever
you wish)

So share your requirements for the registration for the conference - I
don't know how it was handled previously - has it been fully
self-registration, or has there been a manual review?
Or otherwise put - what does the registration page need to offer in
terms of confidence in the registration?

* none - not even captcha
* passing the captcha is enough
* email-address needs to be validated by clicking a link in a
confirmation mail or similar

And what management stuff would you need for both after the user
filled it out? (i.e. for the CfP marking entries as reviewed when a
human did look over the submission, flagging it as spam (or allow
deletion of entries?), or even as accepted,...)

ciao

Ah, I knew there was something on the todo that I still did not work on...
Note that the twitter-stuff is hardcoded, you cannot use another feed
at the moment.

But I'like to take the opportunity to invite everyone to get rid of
the hardcoding..
The corresponding silverstripe files are all on https://github.com/tdf/cms-code
If you got some knowledge of php, and can point your browser at
http://doc.silverstripe.org :-))
you got all that's needed to remove that limitation.

You just have to use the proper 'page type' you may choose when
generating a page in the left panel.

On an existing page you find this setting via tab 'Behaviour'.
There you choose 'Widget Page' from the 'pagetype' dropdown and save
your changes.
After reload you'll find to more tabs: RSS and twitter

To display your blog just add name and URL of your blog via RSS tab and
your news will be displayed underneath the text content as you can see
on the international homepage.

maybe for clarification: During the last call, we agreed that for the

If we can implement things with SilverStripe, that would be great.

Just sharing here, as the minutes of the last confcall will be published

Not sure what you mean, what is the problem?
Of course a CMS is not a WIKI but actually I do not see a big difference
in handling the content.

You find a brief introduction via 'Help' tab and some more details once
you choose 'Website project' from the dropdown on top of the admin
interface.

Feel free to ask here if your questions are still not answered,

of May:
- one info page (okay we just need to update the ones we already have)
- one CfP with documents upload, et al.
- one registration page and backend.

Thank you,

Charles.

Hi Sophie, all,

exported said doc to html & cleaned it up a bit - all attached to
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37001

If anyone has a bit of time to beautify that version, that would be

You may login now at https://www.libreoffice.org/admin/

Let me know if you want Hal's account to be deleted.
