Have a look at the wiki 
(https://github.com/weewx/weewx/wiki/Cleaning-up-old-'bad'-data). You might 
also want to look at implementing some appropriate MinMax limits in [StdQC] in 
weewx.conf (http://weewx.com/docs/usersguide.htm#%5B%5BMinMax%5D%5D)

[weewx-user] Wind data wrong

Hello, I have a problem, I use Weewx 3.7.1 and it has just recorded a burst 
at 737 km / h (tornado !!) How can I delete this data wrong?
