Details:

After the final scene when the griffith flies off, there's a lua error. See
screengrab. It has no effect on play.

There were some changes since the 1.13.5 release, in paritcular the cave
mapgen implementaion was moved to lua
(https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/commit/60d114b606b305099c690a8c9d6cc0eaff9a905c).
so it is possible that this was fixed then.

Details:

launch editor
reduce map size to 1x1
expand map size to 200x200 (copy edge terrain == true)
=> you will notice that at the very bottom of the map, there are "empty" black
tiles.
save map
try to load map in the game:
=> 20161007 13:42:16 error config: map could not be loaded: Illegal tile in
map: () ''

Selecting "User maps" crashes editor (log  attached)

I think 200x1 is okay because the mini-map's portrait-style aspect-ratio means
that the calculation for the mini-map's height stays at least one. But in
1x200, the mini-map's width is calculated (and probably rounded) to be zero.

I'm running master (latest development code) and I tried running the scenario
start at least 30 times, all random maps had the keep.

I also tried your scenario start save at least 20 times without any apparent
issue. I can believe that your Turn 1 save is genuine, but either the issue
has been fixed since the 1.13.5 release or there's some freak occurrence going
on in the random map generator on your computer.

It's fortunate that you're still able to proceed with the campaign by
reloading the scenario start. Thanks for reporting this, if anyone else runs
into this we have this as reference.

Confirmed. It's not necessary to resize to 200x1 first. That one seems to be
