yes it does fix the problem. tested fix. can close bug. thanks to
GregoryLundberg.

note: i submitted incorrect save file (after the error message instead of
before it).  correct one added for completeness.

Loading is okay for me, the error occurs after the dialogs but just before i
get to move.  
I didnt see any statistics.
I will grab a copy of master to check.

I wonder if this has already been resolved in master because loading that save
file didn't give me any errors other than invalid statistics entries (which
were skipped).

Details:

The following error appears on the screen and in the stderr after finishing
initial dialog and Kaleh approaches Eloh:

20161002 22:27:37 error scripting/lua: lua/wml/harm_unit.lua:48: variable 'T'
must be assigned before being used
stack traceback:

lua/ilua.lua:131: in function '__index'
lua/wml/harm_unit.lua:48: in function 'cmd'
lua/wml-utils.lua:137: in function 'handle_event_commands'
lua/wml-flow.lua:6: in function 


It doesnt seem to affect play, as i finished the game after that.

wesnoth was compiled with scons debug
