Percentage in password

Is there some way I can WGET to work with a percentage sign in the password?

I.e. WGET ftp://login:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/file.txt

Problem with URL

[Marcus - Videomoviehouse.com]

I am trying to get wget to work with a URL with characters
that it doesnt seem to like. I tried putting the URL in quotes and still
gave me similar results. Works find if it is a simple URL like wget www.something.com/index.html.
Any help appreciated. I am running Red Hat Linux.
