[Wien] error while loading shared libraries: libmkl_lapack.so: cannot open shared object file

[Wien] error while loading shared libraries: libmkl_lapack.so: cannot open shared object file
Use -i-static to compile the intel mkl libraries as static not shared as a simple fix. (You may need to read the ifort man page to check that this works with this version.) Alternatively you will need to ensure that the LIBRARY environmental variable or ld.so.conf is setup correctly which are both easy but I would go with static compilation. 2011/12/27 sufyan sufeer03 at gmail.com: Dears users, ?i need your help ,i re-installe?? I don't see libmkl_lapack.so in your list. I see libmkl_lapack95_lp64.a . You could try replacing -lmkl_lapack with -lmkl_lapack95_lp64 and see if it fixes the problem.
